A detailed report of the NoiseCapture stats is made available to users. Flags are marked as resolved when they achieve a 10% gain from the flagged price, though many exceed this threshold. Carryover refers to flags that extend into the new month without resolution. While these aren't tracked further, we note whether they carried over favorably or unfavorably to the flagged price. We are also now tracking MAP (Maximum Adverse Percentage).
